1..follow-up all package sent out.跟蹤所有國(guó)際快遞事宜
2.submit l/d,s/o, trim,all kinds of garment samples to customer.負(fù)責(zé)色樣,花型,輔料,各種樣衣寄送客人。
3.ensure the production and delivery;跟蹤大貨生產(chǎn)和交期。
4.fill in wip(work in process) chart.按實(shí)際生產(chǎn)狀況填寫生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度表
5.arrange lab test and inspection with 3rd party; to secure the quality of the sample按排第三方測(cè)試樣。確保樣衣品質(zhì)。
6.daily email with customer for order details. 就訂單事宜和客戶進(jìn)行日?;貜?fù)。
job requirements:
1. college or university graduated. (preferable in garment field, design, international trade);
大專學(xué)歷,紡織專業(yè)或國(guó)際貿(mào)易專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. years of experience: 2 year experiences in buying/trading office on garment fields for us market;
至少2年以上國(guó)際貿(mào)易成衣工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. language skills: good command of both spoken & written english.
英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫能力。
4. computer skills: able to use microsoft office software (word, excel, etc.)
熟練使用office軟件,
5. hard working, carefully, willing to challenge herself/himself
工作認(rèn)真,仔細(xì),樂(lè)于接受自我挑戰(zhàn)。
