Essential Duties & Responsibilities主要任務(wù)及職責：
? Coordinates factories to develop/build shoes for review in HQs EMEA, from the stages of prototype, line-close, salesman samples; model fit sample and confirmation samples. 在試樣、生產(chǎn)、銷售樣本、適模樣本及確認樣本各階段，與工廠協(xié)調(diào)開發(fā)/確定鞋樣以供EMEA總部審核。
? Follow up and ensure all products are developed according to the design and specification requirements set out by HQs EMEA. 跟蹤并確保所有產(chǎn)品開發(fā)都遵守EMEA總部的設(shè)計和規(guī)格要求。
? Work closely with factories to develop the Timberland standard sample shoes.與工廠密切合作，開發(fā)Timberland的標準樣鞋。
? Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies for Timberland shoes. 協(xié)助開發(fā)新技術(shù)并應(yīng)用于Timberland鞋類。
? Ensure good quality of sample shoes and meet the completion dates as required. 保證樣鞋質(zhì)量，并按要求的交割日期進行交割。
? Be able to work with colleagues from multicultural background and remain close working relationship with colleagues from HQs in EMEA. 能與不同文化背景的同事合作，并與EMEA總部的同事保持密切的工作關(guān)系。
? Perform other duties required by supervisor. 履行上司要求的其他職務(wù)。
Qualifications資格：
? College diploma or degree from recognized educational entity focusing on shoemaking or engineering. 鞋子制作或工科相關(guān)專業(yè)，專科或以上學(xué)歷。
? 5+ years experience in footwear development. 5 年以上鞋子開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗。
? Experience in technical footwear process including production knowledge.　掌握鞋子生產(chǎn)知識，有鞋子技術(shù)流程的工作經(jīng)驗。
? Fluent English in writing and speaking, written, listening. 流利英語讀寫聽。
? Good computer utilization skills. 熟練使用計算機。
